Haley Navarro is a luxury makeup artist originally from Boston, MA, USA and currently based in Marrakech, Morocco. She began her career in 2013 when she completed an intensive makeup course before receiving her bachelor's degree in business communication. She has extensive experience in bridal, fashion, and beauty education.
